1. Services BS Agency provides digital marketing services (including but not limited to Paid Media Management, SEO, and Web Design) on a recurring monthly retainer basis.
2. Billing & Payments
- Authorization: By signing up, you authorize BS Agency to charge your payment method on file automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
- Failed Payments: Services will be paused immediately if payment fails. A grace period of 3 days is provided to update payment methods.
3. Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Services Rendered: Due to the nature of digital services and labor costs, we do not offer refunds for any months where work has already commenced or been delivered.
- Setup Fees: All setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice via email.
- Termination: Upon cancellation, billing will cease after the final 30-day period. You retain ownership of all creative assets and website files paid for in full.
